How we hire

Four steps, five working days to a first answer.

1. Apply. Three or four yes/no questions about the role’s practicalities (location, shift), then your resume.
2. Screening. Our own software reads your resume against the role’s published requirements and shows the recruiter which line of your resume answers each one. It never rejects anyone on its own; a person decides.
3. Interviews. One or two rounds: a conversation with the hiring manager, and for plant roles a visit to Himatnagar.
4. Offer. In writing, with the full compensation structure.

If we do not have a role for you now, you can ask us to keep your profile for future openings. You can withdraw that at any time from My applications.
